Q. Who is Nicholas Seafood Online?

A. Nicholas Online is a division of Nicholas Seafood Traders based at the Sydney Fish Market.

Q. What is your order cut-off time for next day delivery?

A. 2:30pm

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to residential and commercial premises within the Sydney metropolitan area & surrounding suburbs for orders of $500 or more. P lease send us an email to info@nicholasonline.com.au  with any questions.

Q. What is the minimum order size?

A. $500

Q. What payment options do you have?

A. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A. You must give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an order. Orders cancelled with a 24 hour notice period or greater from the agreed delivery time will a 10% service charge. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will incur a 50% service charge. Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will incur a 100% service charge. ("service charge percentage refers to percentage of the total order value.")

Q. What does my seafood come with?

A. All orders come with all the necessary condiments for a beautiful seafood experience, including  lemons, moist towelettes, gourmet sea salt & cracked pepper, and locally made sauces.

Q. What times do you deliver?

A. We deliver from 9am to 5pm.

  Q. What days do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week.

  Q. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver for FREE within 10km of Sydney's CBD - for all other locations please call us on 8279 2248

Q. How will my seafood stay cold and fresh?

A. Your seafood will be packed with an abundance of a non-leak dry ice that will keep things cold for 12 hours. 

Q. Do you have a surcharge for public holidays?

A. Yes, we have a 10% surcharge for all orders on Australian public holidays.
